Flex-Ability
Strengt – Flexibility – Inversions

A set of strength/pilates exercises which prepare to enhance active flexibility (mobility).  

We work on vertical and horizontal splits, backbend and inversions, or/and any combination out of these elements. 

This class is to built up strength and flexibility. Every Level is welcome.

Jini is teaching in English.
