David Kyle in Munich teaching his first Rocket Vinyasa Training in Germany. 
David friend and highest trained student of Larry Schultz, the creator of The Rocket has built onto The Rocket a cohesive system refered to now as Rocket Vinyasa. 


David is excited for his first trip to Munich! This will be the 2nd visit for Germany. Looking to support the student interests with more accessible teachers!


The Rocket has been a classic for the avant- guard Ashtanga yoga practitioner since its inception during the early nineties as Larry Schultz traveled with the Grateful Dead and taught the iconic band members the ancient teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa. Larry believed the role of teacher and student (shaktipada) should be reversed and as facilitators offering these teachings of Yoga, we should see the students as the one is who is teaching us. Larry listen to his students encouragement to creat a new series of postures that interest his students most and provided a more creative system that allows for individual expression within the teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa! Boom the Birth of the Rocket!
Teachers will learn the Fundamental and Classical series of Rocket Vinyasa as well as modifications for beginners. Advanced teachers will enjoy our “Science of Sequencing” lecture on teaching methodology where hybrid and advanced Rocket Sequence will be discussed. 3 specific Classical series Rocket 1 Rocket 2 and Rocket 3 will all be covered over the duration of the course. Rocket Trainings also cover strength training drills and cross training techniques to help build fluidity and grace within inversions and transitions that are core elements of The Rocket! 
All level of practitioners are welcome! 1 year Teaching experience is suggested but not required🚀
